 Well, here I am again, with my hand out!  Seems I have no shame when I need something.  However, this one won’t cost you money, or require travel.  It’s something you already have, and even when you give it to me, you will still have it!

 O.K., O.K. here is the deal:

 WE are writing a book!  Isn’t that exciting?  Seriously, I have begun collecting our stories, our recollections from our time in the 159^th.  I already have a few stories from some of us, and I have a publisher lined-up.  The stories we can commit to paper will be interesting to many, but priceless treasures to our families now and after we’re gone.

The working title is “My Year In The Company Of Heroes”. 

 I would ask each of you to commit to a single chapter.  It doesn’t have to be a “war story”, it can be a story of a single recollection of a person,  place or an event, or in the true sense of the time, it can be a specific mission.  It doesn’t have to be long either.  Most stories thus far are a dozen pages or less.  Also, your story and you should be introduced by someone who knows you-a spouse, a child or grandchild, or even another 159^th crewmate.  I would also like to include a “then and now” photo along with a little bio of you.

 PLEASE give this some thought and PLEASE try to contribute to this, OUR project.  Let me know if you have any questions.
